Mosaic in Central Iowa provides 24/7 residential services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental and behavioral health needs and autism, as well as other diverse healthcare needs. We have group homes, apartments and a shared living model called host homes where we empower people to live their best lives. Services are tailored to meet individual goals, allowing people to be as independent as possible.
